ARTHUR MOORHOUSE
Director
Arthur Moorhouse is a 20 year-old writer-director from the South-East of England. In his debut film, HELL OR HIGH WATER, he hopes to present his unique filmmaking philosophy whilst weaving a rich tapestry of artistry and drama.

CHRIS PEPPIT
Producer
Christopher is an award winning student producer. A recent graduate of the University for the Creative Arts he has set his sights on continuing to work in film beyond his education.

OLIVIA WEAVER
Co-Writer
Olivia is a graduate with a bachelor's degree in English Literature from UEA. She has a fascination for the art of storytelling. A dual citizen of English and American nationalities, she grew up in the American military community, and was shaped by my experience of living in different countries. This will be Olivia’s first short film.

EDWARD S. BUTLER
Co-Writer
A recent graduate of the University of Portsmouth, Edward has written several short film scripts in a variety of genres. His experience has been in short drama and horror films.

DAISY ASHBY-HAWKINS
Assistant Director
From the age of 16 Daisy has been running her production company, Pie Face Theatre, since then she has written and directed 8 Theatre and film productions. She is currently producing a show, which is headed to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

FAARIA ROOJE
Cinematographer
Faaria Roojee is a Director and a Designer who is well versed in visual language and art styles. A notable credit of hers is Forbidden Fruit in which she directed, along with Memoir to Love which is inspired by the French New Wave. She has assisted Art department and First ADs on projects such as Million Youth Media’s Greasy Spoons and Exposed, and continues to partake in projects that have visual creative contributions to their narratives, whereby stories are continually told through action over dialogue.

CAI TINSLEY
Production Design
Cai is the production designer for HELL OR HIGH WATER. He is a graduate from the BRIT School and has a keen passion for film and music.

HEIDI DUGDALE
2nd Assistant Director
Heidi is a 17 year old filmmaker, her passion started when she was an extra in Mike Leigh’s ‘Peterloo’. She studied Media, Drama and Film at A levels which enabled her to make her own short film, ‘Timber’.

RAFAEL FOWLER
2nd Camera Assistant
Rafaël Carvalho Fowler is a London based photographer and camera operator, specialising in capturing black and white pictures of urban landscapes, who shall make his cinematic debut as the first camera assistant in the National Youth Film Academy’s production of Hell or High Water. Furthermore, his interest in location scouting and theatrical set has led him to gain work experience at the local 18 Stafford Terrace Museum who’s interior now serves as the finest example of Victorian middle-class Aestheticism.
